Delete your BalRheo account
If you no longer use BalRheo or no longer have the app installed, you can permanently delete your account and personal data using this verified public deletion portal.
What gets deleted
login details, profile (date of birth, gender, height, photo), body metrics and goals, workouts, self-made plans, friends and leaderboard data, ratings and comments, notifications, device tokens, and requests.
What gyms keep, anonymized
membership records, attendance history, payment records and complaints are kept by the gym as “Deleted member”, per legal and accounting requirements. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
Warning
This is permanent and cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same number as a new account.
